What does it mean to feel alive and never drift to far from it?

In my paintings, I reconnect to what feels meaningful—what my nervous system knows and adores, but modern life urges me to forget. It is a subtle protest against numbness, and a mediation on whether quietness can speak, and  whether healing is a necessity or a mere luxury (a privilege).

Nature symbolizes a portal back to my soul, a place where I can breathe life back in when the rigidity of life suffocates me. Inspired by the organic rhythms of the natural world, my art expresses the ongoing dichotomy between freedom and discipline, softness and structure.

It is a study in subtle textures that invite presence. Through them, I return to a calm pace, and offer viewers a space to ask what it means to feel alive—and never drift too far from it.
